Agentic automation for the enterprise

One automation platform. Your infrastructure. Your control.

Build visual workflows, extend automation with Python, and orchestrate robots and AI agents from one governed platform. Deploy on-premises or in the cloud with the flexibility to scale on your terms.

The platform

Four products. One governed lifecycle.

Design in Studio or write Python, run on Robots, and schedule, secure and audit everything from Orchestrator.

VeloPhex Studio

The Windows IDE for building automations: a visual designer for sequences, flowcharts and state machines, C# expressions with IntelliSense, a live debugger, UI element capture, Git and publishing to Orchestrator.

VeloPhex Robot

The Windows agent that runs workflow and Python automations, next to a person or in the background. It connects to Orchestrator outbound only, proves its identity with its own key pair and verifies every package before it runs.

VeloPhex Orchestrator

The control plane for your automation estate: tenants and workspaces, jobs, queues with SLAs, triggers, encrypted assets and credentials, a package feed per tenant, Robot fleets and an append-only audit log. Run it on-premises, in the VeloPhex cloud or in a dedicated cloud managed by VeloPhex.

VeloPhex Python SDK

Write automations as typed Python functions. The SDK turns type hints into input and output schemas, gives your code assets, secrets, credentials and queues at run time, and packs it into the same package format as Studio workflows.

Why VeloPhex

Built for teams that want automation they can own

One platform, end to end

Build, run, schedule and audit workflows, Python automations and AI agents in one place instead of stitching tools together.

Visual design, Python depth

Analysts work in the Studio designer; engineers write Python with the SDK. Both ship as the same package to the same Robots.

Your infrastructure, your choice

Run Orchestrator on-premises, in the VeloPhex cloud or in a dedicated cloud. Robots run on your own Windows machines.

Licensing you can plan around

Clear terms discussed up front in your demo, so cost grows with your program and not with surprises.

Governance and visibility

Role-based access, encrypted credentials, an append-only audit log and live status for every Robot and queue.

Rules and AI in one estate

Deterministic workflows and AI-driven steps run under the same queues, credentials and audit trail.

How it works

Follow one invoice from inbox to ERP

AP mailbox and portals

Invoice workflow

Matching rules

Collect and capture

3-way match

AP review

Post to ERP

Invoices queue

Build the process once

Model the steps in the Studio designer and write the tolerance rules in Python. Both sit in one project, go through the same review and ship as one package.

VeloPhex Studio

Robots do the repetitive work

Robots collect invoices from the AP mailbox and supplier portals, capture header and line data, and match each invoice to its purchase order and goods receipt.

VeloPhex Robot

People only see the exceptions

Low-confidence fields and invoices outside tolerance land in a work queue with the reason attached. AP works through that list while everything else keeps moving.

Orchestrator keeps it on schedule and on record

Orchestrator schedules the robots, retries failed items and keeps the queue moving. Every invoice posted to the ERP is logged, and every change to the process leaves an audit record.

Security by design

Control stays with you

How we secure the platform

Machine identity for every Robot

Single-use enrollment keys and a key pair per machine. The private key never leaves it.

Secrets encrypted and leased

AES-256-GCM with a key per tenant. Robots redeem a credential seconds before use.

Roles and an append-only audit log

Access scoped to tenant or workspace, and every change recorded.

Outbound-only Robots

Robots open no inbound ports and verify every package before it runs.

Deployment

Deploy your way

Run Orchestrator where your policies need it. Robots install on your Windows machines and connect out to it in every option.

Compare deployment options

On-premises

Run Orchestrator in your data center or cloud account with Docker Compose.

VeloPhex cloud

We run Orchestrator for you. Each tenant has its own encryption key and package feed.

Dedicated cloud

A single-tenant Orchestrator managed by VeloPhex, for your organization only.

Windows Robots

Developer, Attended and Unattended profiles. Outbound connections only.

Free assessment tools

Check the fit, then estimate the return

Score whether a process suits RPA, Python or AI agents, then model its total cost and return. No sign-up needed.

Automation Fit Assessment

Assess your business process in approximately six minutes. Answer 14 practical questions to discover whether rule-based automation, AI agents, or a coordinated combination of robots, agents, APIs, and human decisions is the best fit.

Automation ROI Calculator

Roadmap

Where the platform is heading

View the roadmap

Managed AI agents

Define an agent once, publish it as an immutable version and run it as a governed job, with per-run limits on model calls, tokens and time.

Approvals for agent tool calls

Mark a tool as needing approval. Orchestrator pauses the run until a person approves that one call, and records who decided.

AI gateway: bring your own model

Route agent model calls through Orchestrator to OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic or an OpenAI-compatible endpoint such as Ollama or vLLM, with usage and budget tracking.

MCP and automation tools for agents

Give agents published automations, MCP servers, HTTP calls, vector search and human tasks as tools, each inside an allow-list.
